Paper tickets purchased through the Friends and Family service, O2 Priority or on General sale will be dispatched to the lead client's registered address . In the unlikely event that members do not receive their tickets, please contact the Box Office on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) the day before the game. The lines are open 09.30 to 17.00.
Any overseas bookings purchased after Tuesday 15th November 2011 will not be sent out. The tickets will be held for collection at the Arsenal South West Kiosk on podium level opposite turnstile S from 4pm on the day of the fixture.
