Steve Bould's side conceded three goals in the opening 20 minutes as they lost their second game in succession.
Sam Hoskins put the young Gunners behind after just eight minutes and Jordace Holder-Spooner doubled the lead after a quarter of an hour.
Holder-Spooner added a third just three minutes later and that's the way it stayed.
