Ibra Sekajju gave the away side the lead from the penalty spot after 28 minutes and Alex Wytner doubled their advantage ten minutes into the second half.
Nigel Neita pulled a goal back for Steve Bould’s side after 79 minutes before Kyle de Silva added a third for Palace.
Sekajju sealed the win in injury time with his second.
