Arsenal Ladies Reserves kicked off the new season with a 3-0 away win against Bristol Academy.
Despite having the majority of the possession, Arsenal couldn't get through Bristol's solid defence before half time.
Arsenal upped the tempo in the second period and after 55 minutes the deadlock was finally broken through Laura Coombs after some good work from Danielle Carter.
Carter then doubled the visitors' advantage before Lara Fay sealed a 3-0 victory.
