Arsenal's lead at the top of the Women's Premier League was cut to six points after the champions were held by Doncaster Rovers Belles.
Vic Akers' side beat Doncaster to win the Women's League Cup in February but could not find a way past their well-organised hosts on Sunday.
Gemma Davison, recently called up to the England senior squad for the first time, went closest to breaking the deadlock but Belles keeper Nicola Hobbs denied the striker with a superb save.
Everton took advantage of Arsenal's slip-up to close the gap with a 6-0 win over Fulham. England midfielder Fara Williams hit a hat-trick for the Toffees, who have three games in hand on Arsenal.
