Arsenal Academy slipped to their first defeat of 2008, going
down 2-1 at home to Portsmouth on Saturday. Having last played a
league fixture on December 15, Steve Bould's young charges
could be forgiven for a hint of rustiness. The loss is their first
at home this season and could not be prevented despite defender
Thomas Cruise's goal on the hour mark.
