Loan Watch: Ballard makes winning return to action

Daniel Ballard made a winning return to action for Millwall. Our defender came on in the 64th minute to mark his first appearance since November after injury and helped his side keep a clean sheet in their 1-0 victory over Sheffield United. The Lions now sit 11th in the Championship after 33 matches.

William Saliba played the full match as Marseille were held to a 1-1 draw by Troyes. Dimitri Payet gave the French side the lead midway through the first half from the penalty spot, before a 90th-minute equaliser from Yoann Touzghar to snatch a point.

Matteo Guendouzi also played the entirety of Marseille's draw and won the penalty that Payet scored, racing into the box before being fouled by Mama Balde. The French side stay second in Ligue 1 after 26 matches.

Pablo Mari made his fourth appearance for Udinese, playing the full 90 minutes as his side held AC Milan to a 1-1 draw. The Italian club now lie 14th in Serie A after 25 matches.

Folarin Balogun was a half-time substitute in Middlesbrough's 3-2 defeat against Barnsley. Chris Wilder's side now sit eighth in the Championship after 33 matches, just two points shy of the play-off spots.

Dinos Mavropanos played the full match for Stuttgart as they conceded in the 85th and 90th minute to lose 2-1 to Hoffenheim. The German side now sit 17th in the Bundesliga, four points adrift of safety.

Hector Bellerin played the entirety of Real Betis' narrow 2-1 defeat to Sevilla. The Spanish side now sit third in La Liga after 26 matches.

Lucas Torreira was an 83rd-minute substitute as Fiorentina lost 2-1 to Sassuolo. Arthur Cabral looked to have rescued a point for the Italian side with an equaliser in the 85th minute, before Gregoire Defrel's 94th-minute winner snatched the points for the hosts. Fiorentina now sit eighth in Serie A after 26 matches.

Jordi Osei-Tutu was a 61st-minute substitute as Rotherham beat Plymouth Argyle 2-1. Our defender made an immediate impact for his side, entering the pitch just two minutes before Michael Smith scored the winner. The three points extend Rotherham's lead at the top of League One to nine points after 34 matches.

Alex Runarsson played 90 minutes and kept a clean sheet as OH Leuven drew 0-0 with Anderlecht.

Brooke Norton-Cuffy played the entirety of Lincoln City's 2-0 defeat to Gillingham. The Imps now sit 18th in League One after 33 matches.

Matt Smith played the full 90 minutes as Doncaster Rovers drew 2-2 with AFC Wimbledon. Gary McSheffrey's side lie 23rd in League One after 36 matches.

Jordan McEneff was a 68th-minute substitute in Shelbourne FC's 2-0 win over Drogheda United.

Nikolaj Moller played 81 minutes of FC Den Bosch's 0-0 draw with De Graafschap.
