On Thursday, February 15th, we invited two groups of Junior Gunner competition winners to join us at London Colney for the full behind-the-scenes experience!
Our lucky JGs were picked at random and invited to take an exclusive tour of the Arsenal Training Centre's facilities. The tour included the newly refurbished and state of the art gym, dressing rooms, the boot room, medical facilities, and much more!
Arsenal Soccer Schools also joined us to put our groups through their paces, with an intensive coaching session in the indoor Sports Hall. Arsenal star Heather O'Reilly popped in to meet our Young Guns, and got stuck into one of the sessions. The guest of honour for our Team JGs was of course, Gunnersaurus!
Our Young Guns also received an insightful talk from Noel; one of our Strength and Conditioning coaches. They learnt all about the work that goes on behind-the-scenes to have the team ready for match day.
