On Sunday May 8, we invited a load of Junior Gunners and their families to join us at Emirates Stadium for a screening of our penultimate game of the season.
Over 200 families came to watch Manchester City v Arsenal, in one of our Club level suites. Each JG, lucky enough to win a spot at the event, also got to invite along three guests enabling family time and a great atmosphere for the game. The families got involved with some special skills sessions hosted by Arsenal Soccer Schools, football themed arts & crafts, a fun social media booth, and some tricky football challenges in the Urban Jungle.
At half-time Gunnersaurus assisted with a draw for our Guard of Honour for the Arsenal U21s v Aston Villa U21s match. Eight winners were selected and invited to be a special part of an U21s matchday.
Whilst the final result was a draw, it was a winning day for the JGs and their families. Every Junior Gunner was given a goodie bag to take away and we have some brilliant pictures to share with you – check out the gallery below!
