A fine cricketer who represented Kent and Middlesex, Harry Murrell joined Arsenal from Middlesex Regt. in 1898.
He made his senior debut against Small Heath at the end of March 1900 and made a further five appearances for the Club, the last of which came against Barnsley a month later.
Murrell represented Middlesex CCC for 20 years between 1906 and 1926, becoming the club’s scorer upon retirement.
