These dual-purpose sessions are funded by Islington Council and are aimed at families who need support in terms of cooking and physical activity education.
Arsenal in the Community, in partnership with Islington Housing Active Spaces, currently provide a fun and engaging exercise element to these sessions for the young families enrolled.
