Young midfielder Bradley Ibrahim has praised the influence of our first-team squad and in particular Rob Holding after he signed his first professional contract with us.
The 17-year-old joined us in November 2020 having spent time with QPR's academy, and he made his debut for our under-18s in a 4-3 win over Reading in March last year.
"I wouldn’t say I look to any first-team players an inspiration on the pitch, because I want to be myself if possible," he said.
"I look more at how they are off the pitch and learning how they are and how they conduct themselves.
"Rob Holding has helped me a lot when he’s there, he’s very mature."
Ibrahim has already made real strides in his development since joining us, but has his sights firmly set on making a mark with the first team.
"I want to push on and be the under-23s more often," he said.
"Eventually after I have done that, I want to try and push on with the first team."
