Ticket Exchange

Season Ticket holders and Six Game Bundle members will have the ability to sell tickets on the club’s Ticket Exchange service if they are unable to attend a game included in their membership. This service offers members flexibility and provides a secure and convenient platform to resell tickets to fellow Arsenal supporters.

Ticket Exchange for Emirates Stadium will open once the fixture has been confirmed by broadcast and the lower tier is sold out (subject to restrictions). 

Ticket Exchange closure dates will be communicated on each match's ticket information page.

When a supporter's ticket sells on the exchange service, they will receive an email informing them of the sale, and the credit for the ticket sale will appear in the Member’s Cashback account. Ticket Exchange funds can be withdrawn using the monthly Cashback service. Alternatively, supporters are able to keep the credit to use towards next season's renewal.

Ticket Transfer

Ticket Transfer gives Season Ticket holders and Six Game Bundle members the ability to electronically transfer your ticket to friends & family within their Network. You are able to transfer a ticket to anyone who is in the same price class (e.g. a senior ticket can only be transferred to someone who is 66 or over), the recipient just needs to have a free Online Box Office Account. Supporters can register for an account here.

Disability Access

Disability Access Season Ticket Holders and Six Game Bundle members who wish to list their tickets on our Ticket Exchange or you would like to transfer your tickets to friends or family members for Emirates Stadium matches can do so by clicking here when the services are opened.

Seat Utilisation

For the 2025/26 Season, to ensure we preserve the incredible atmosphere at Emirates Stadium next season, Season Ticket holders must use their seats for at least 8 of the 11 games, and Six Game Bundle holders must attend at least 4 of the 6 games to be eligible for renewal in the 2026/27 season.

WHAT IS SEAT UTILISATION?
As a reminder, a seat is considered ‘utilised’ if you have either:

• Attended yourself
• Used the Ticket Transfer service to transfer your ticket(s) – provided the recipient(s) attends the fixture
• Posted your ticket(s) on Ticket Exchange - regardless of whether it’s purchased
