Strong Arsenal XI expected for Boreham Wood clash

Several first-team squad members are set to play in our pre-season friendly match against Boreham Wood on Thursday evening.

Chuba Akpom, Mathieu Debuchy, Kieran Gibbs, Carl Jenkinson and Jeff Reine-Adelaide could all feature for Steve Gatting’s Arsenal XI side.

These players will be joined by Krystian Bielik and Eddie Nketiah, who have recently returned from our first-team tour of Sydney, Shanghai and Beijing.

  

Thursday’s match will mark the official opening of Boreham Wood’s newly redeveloped pitch, and there will be a range of community activities to celebrate.
