Tommy Setford is gearing up to represent England Under-19s at the UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Romania this month.
The Young Lions will face Germany, Norway and the Netherlands in their group as Will Antwi's side look to win the tournament for a third time having triumphed in 2017 and 2022.
Setford, who joined from Ajax in July 2024, made his debut for England U19s in March 2024, against Morocco, and has gone on to make seven appearances to help the Young Lions qualify for the tournament.
Our goalkeeper made his debut for us in October 2024, in a 3-0 victory over Preston North End in the Carabao Cup.
Also heading to the tournament in Romania is fellow goalkeeper Lucas Nygaard, who is representing Denmark.
Our stopper has made two appearances for Denmark U19 and will go up against hosts Romania, Montenegro and defending champions Spain in Group A.
