Tommy Setford started as England U19's opened their European Championship account with a 2-2 draw against Norway.
Our goalkeeper played the full 90 in Romania and made a number of good saves on his eighth appearance at England U19 level.
Thomas Watson's deflected effort opened the scoring for the Young Lions before Reiss-Alexander Russell-Denny almost doubled the lead as his headed effort hit the post.
Alexander Rossing-Lelesiit equalised before Sondre Granaas had Norway ahead at the break with a well-taken finish at the back-post.
Mickey Moore equalised in the 80th minute for Will Antwi's side after Shumaira Mheuka had been pushed to the ground inside the box.
The result leaves England U19 in third place in Group B after the Netherlands defeated Germany 3-0 in their opening group game. The Young Lions face Germany next on Tuesday at the Arcul de Triumf National Stadium, in Bucharest.
Meanwhile, Lucas Nygaard was an unused substitute in Denmark's opening game defeat against Spain. An own goal by Oscar Gadeberg Buur on the stroke of half-time gave the defending champions all three points. Denmark's next match is against debutants Montenegro on Monday.
