Our under-18s will be seeking their first win under new head coach Adam Birchall as they travel to face Reading on Saturday, 9 November. Kick-off at Bearwood Park is scheduled for 12pm (UK time).
In our last match, we secured a hard-fought point against Crystal Palace, with Brando Bailey-Joseph scoring a second-half equaliser to level the game.
The Opposition
Reading have struggled this season, managing just one win, two draws, and five losses, leaving them at the bottom of the U18 Premier League South with five points. However, they showed their potential by defeating Chelsea 2-1 away last month, proving they can be a challenging side despite their form.
The last time we met Reading was in January, where we claimed a 3-0 victory, highlighted by Dan Casey’s goal on his under-18 debut.
