WHAT HAPPENED
Our hunt for our first Premier League 2 win of the season continues after we were beaten 3-0 by Chelsea on Sunday.
Jonathan Dinzeyi made his debut for Steve Bould’s side, but was unable to help us in overturning our frustrating run of form.
Folarin Balogun came close early on, forcing Karlo Ziger into a difficult save, but shortly after Ian Maatsen picked Daniel Oyegoke’s pocket to regain possession and open the scoring.
Balogun then went on to carve out three golden opportunities; firing wide from a tight angle, before being denied by Ziger from close range and firing over the bar in quick succession.
But we were made to pay for our missed chances late on, as Bryan Fiabema and Valentino Livramento struck twice in the space of five minutes.
