When can I renew my Season Ticket?

The renewals window will open on the week of 03 July and run until 5pm Wednesday 12 July. Season Ticket Holders will be emailed when the renewal window opens with all relevant information on how to renew.

How do I renew my Season Ticket?

The renewals process is changing for the 2023/2024 season. Once the renewal window opens, Season Ticket Holders will be emailed with more information on how they can renew.

What games are included in my Season Ticket?

There are 13 games included in the Arsenal Women Season Ticket. They include all 11 WSL Home matches, 5 of which will be played at Emirates Stadium. 2 additional Home cup matches are also included in the season ticket.

How do I pick my seat for the 5 WSL games being held at Emirates Stadium?

During your renewal journey you will be prompted to pick your seat on either GA or Club Level at Emirates Stadium. Please note this seat will be the same for all 5 WSL games at Emirates Stadium and there is an additional charge for Club Level seats.

What other benefits are included in the Season Ticket?

How do I cancel my Women's Season Ticket?

If you don't intend of renewing your Season Ticket no action is required. Your Season Ticket will automatically be cancelled after the 5pm deadline on Wednesday 12 July.

I can't make it to Meadow Park games, but I'd still like to attend WSL games at Emirates Stadium

The new Home Advantage Pack which includes 5 WSL Games at Emirates Stadium will go on sale at 10am on Friday 14 July here.

Renewing my season ticket

I want to purchase additional Season Tickets

We expect a very high renewal rate for our Women's Season Tickets and therefore will be very limited number of new sales. Please contact Fan Services by submitting an enquiry form here, and select the enquiry type as ‘Arsenal Women’. Please provide Fan Services with your new 7 digit membership number, and information on the type of tickets (e.g. North, South or East Stand reserved) and the number of additional tickets you wish to purchase. We will then contact you once renewals are shut to inform you if your application for additional tickets is successful. In the meantime, please renew your current season tickets.

I would like to change my season ticket from reserved to unreserved

Please contact Fan Services by submitting an enquiry form here and select ‘Arsenal Women’ as the option. Please provide the 7 digit membership number(s) for all of the Season Tickets you wish to move from unreserved to reserved, and whether you would like your Season Ticket put into the North or South stand. You can find the 7 digit membership numbers on your renewals are open email. The team will contact you once the change has been processed and you can log into Arsenals’ Online Box Office to renew your tickets. In the meantime please renew your current season tickets before the deadline of 5pm (UK Time) Wednesday 12 July.

I would like to change my Season Ticket from unreserved to reserved

There is very limited reserved seating at Meadow Park, and we expect a very high renewal rate for our Women's Season Tickets so there is a high chance that we will not be able to fulfil your request. Please contact Fan Services by submitting an enquiry form here. Please provide the 7 digit membership number(s) for all of the Season Tickets you wish to move from unreserved to reserved, and whether you would like your Season Ticket put into the North or South stand. The team will contact you once the change has been processed and you can log into Arsenals’ Online Box Office to renew your tickets. What methods of payment can I use to renew my season ticket?

The only payment option for Women’s Season Tickets is via card payment.

When I log into my account, why there is no season ticket to renew?

Please ensure you are logged in using the new 7 digit membership number you should have received from arsenal@mailing.arsenal.co.uk. If you are still unable to locate your season ticket to renew please contact Fan Services by submitting an enquiry form here

What is the Atmosphere Area?

The atmosphere area is located in Block 2 where we recommend our supporters who enjoy chanting and singing to sit. These supporters often wave flags during a large proportion of the game and therefore views may be obstructed for parts of the game.

How will I access Emirates Stadium and Meadow Park for the 2023-24 Season?

To allow for ticket exchange and ticket transfer, season ticket holders will receive a PDF ticket ahead of each game, which can be scanned on a smartphone or printed. Please ensure that the email address on your season ticket is correct to ensure that you receive your tickets. You can check the email address that is on your account by logging into your Online Box Office account, clicking the head and shoulders icon, clicking ‘Account Menu’ > ‘Account Management’ > ‘My Details’

When I log into my Arsenal Online Box Office account, not all the tickets are in my network are available to renew

If not all the Season Tickets are available to renew under your new Membership number, you can add their new 7 Digit membership to your network with instructions under the My Network tab.

I haven't received a renewals email

Season ticket holders were sent an email on 03 July from arsenal@mailing.arsenal.co.uk informing them of their new 7 digit membership numbers. These emails were only sent to the lead booker of the 2022-23 season renewal (e.g. If someone renewed for themselves and 3 friends, only the 1 supporter who renewed would have received an email)

If you were not the lead booker of the 22-23 season, please contact whoever renewed your season ticket last season who will have your new membership details. If you were the lead booker last season, please check your junk email and add arsenal@mailing,arsenal.co.uk to your safe senders list. For any further assistance, please submit an enquiry form to Fan Services here.

When you activate your new membership account you will be able to add your email address to your account for all future communications to be sent directly to you.

How do Season Ticket holders redeem their 10% retail discount online?

Once Season Ticket holders have renewed for the 2023/2024 season, they can log into their account using the 7 digit membership number on Arsenal Direct and the discount will automatically be applied to their basket.

How do Season Ticket holders get priority away ticket access?

For all Women’s Away games that Arsenal sell through our Online Box Office, Season Ticket holders will get a priority window to access tickets. The dates of this priority window will be posted on Arsenal.com, and when the window opens supporters can log into the Online Box Office with their 7 digit membership number and purchase a ticket, subject to availability.

How will Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer work for Season Ticket holders?

The process for Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer will be work differently for matches held at Emirates Stadium and Meadow Park, and these processes will be communicated before the season starts. Please note that Ticket Exchange will only open at Meadow Park once match tickets are sold out and at Emirates Stadium when the whole tower tier is sold out.

How many matches must a Season Ticket holder use their ticket for to be valid to renew for the 2024/2025 season?

The new seat utilisation policy for the 2023/2024 season requires Season Ticket holders to use their ticket for a minimum of 7 out of 13 games included in their Season Ticket. Season Ticket holders will have the ability to put their ticket on Ticket Exchange or Transfer their ticket to a friend or family member to meet this minimum utilisation requirement.
