The Disability Liaison Team would like to remind all supporters with any mobility problems, whether or not you are a Registered Disabled Supporter (Purple Member), that we are always happy to provide advice and information about match day parking and access to the stadium to help make your visit to Emirates Stadium easier. Disabled Supporters Lounge
The Disabled Supporters Lounge is open for disabled supporters (and their enablers) before every home game at Emirates Stadium, (excluding the Emirates Cup week end and International Friendlies).
- For week end games the Lounge opens from 2 hours before kick -off and closes 25 minutes before the game starts.
- For mid-week games the Lounge opens from 6.00pm and closes 25 minutes before the game starts.
The Lounge is equipped with two large screen TV’s and there is also free tea and coffee available (although we do ask disabled supporters to consider making a small donation to the Arsenal Foundation for the refreshments). A wheelchair accessible toilet facility is also available.
The Disabled Supporters Lounge is located just inside the Museum Entrance which is outside the stadium in the Northern Triangle Building on podium level opposite turnstile Block E. Once you are inside the Museum Entrance, the Disabled Supporters Lounge will be on your right. For those disabled supporters in the car park, you can reach the Lounge through the door marked Disabled Supporters Lounge located at the rear of Orange Car Park 4 then via a lift up to the museum entrance the Lounge will then be on your left.
REGISTERED DISABLED SUPPORTERS SCHEME (PURPLE MEMBERSHIP) 2018/2019 SEASON
2017/2018 Purple Members online renewals are closed.
However, you can still request a Purple Membership renewal pack by post please call 020 7619 5050 (9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays).
Once you have renewed your Membership for the 2018/2019 season then the Disability Liaison Team (DLT) will send you a Disabled Supporters Eligibility Check Form for you to complete and return along with the required documents. Once these have been completed and returned to the DLT then your Purple Membership & PA cards will be activated ready for the new season.
The Purple Membership Scheme is now open for new applications for the 2018/2019 season
The scheme will remain open throughout the 2018/ 2019 season However, disabled supporters joining the scheme from the end of January 2019 onwards may have difficulty booking tickets due to the fact that the majority of home games go on sale two months in advance

Ticket Transfer: A New Service for Disabled Supporters
The Disabled Supporters Ticket Transfer Service will enable Season Ticket holders who are unable to attend a game to either transfer their season ticket places to another Registered Disabled Supporter (Purple Member) or to a disabled supporter who is not a member. However, in the case of a transfer to a non- member either you or the disabled supporter concerned will have to provide the required proof of disability before the ticket transfer can be made.
Disabled Supporters will be able to use the Ticket Transfer Service via the Disability Liaison Team and NOT online. This is to ensure that (a) the carer/companion seat gets included in the Ticket Transfer and (b) that the disabled supporters concessionary ticket scheme is not abused in any way.
The Ticket Transfer Service will come into operation once a game has sold out and will operate alongside the existing Disabled Supporters Ticket Exchange Scheme. For further information please contact the Disability Liaison Team on 020 7619 5050.

REGISTRATION OF CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SERVICE 2018/2019
Registered Disabled Supporters (current Platinum, Gold or Purple Members) can register a debit or credit card number with the Disability Liaison Team. By doing so, supporters will be able to submit their match ticket booking forms by email because; in the payment section they will only need to include the last four digits of their registered credit/debit card.
