Any overseas transactions completed via the Friends and Family service between 10am on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 up until 9am on Thursday, November 23, 2017 have been sent to Emirates stadium and will be available to collect from 3 hours before kick-off at the South West Collection Office on podium level opposite turnstile S. Tickets will be held in the lead purchaser’s name and ID will be required. All other bookings completed between this time will be sent to the lead client address to gain entry.
All transactions completed after 10am on Thursday, November 23, 2017 will be via the The Arsenal TicketFast facility. Each TicketFast ticket will be emailed to the lead client email address and will need to be printed and taken to the game to gain entry to the stadium. Your tickets will arrive in the second email after completing your booking.
