Please note that this fixture is included as part of the Platinum and Avenell season ticket as are all men’s competitive home fixtures.
Sales phaseS
Gold members can purchase their own season ticket seat(s) from 12pm on Friday, September 6, which will be reserved online and held until 12pm Monday, September 9. There will be no booking fee during this priority period for Gold members.
If you are a Gold member and hold a concession season ticket, your seat has already been reserved to the correct concession. This can be found in the “My Account” section under reserved seats. You will be able to amend this online when booking should you wish to upgrade to an adult ticket. Please note if you upgrade but wish to change back before making a purchase, you will need to log out and log back in to default your seat back to the original concession.

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, tickets for home fixtures will be sold via a ballot system, exclusively for Arsenal members.
Members will have a designated window to enter the ballot. You can choose to register individually or as a group of up to four members, if all supporters meet the necessary requirements. You can enter at any stage during the registration window, and your odds of success will remain the same.
For the Silver and Red ballots, you can register your interest for your group to be balloted into our family-oriented area, located in blocks 28, 29 and half of block 30. This is dependent on availability and requirements, and your group can be balloted into any of the other areas selected in your application.
If you are eligible, you can select up to two preferred price bands during the registration process. As all tickets are priced the same across the Upper Tier and Lower Tier respectively and the ballot being a 100% success rate across both the Silver and Red ballot we will be running all applications in excluding any payment failures.
Please note if your payment card is declined, your application will be unsuccessful.

TICKET EXCHANGE & TICKET TRANSFER
Access to the Ticket Exchange service will be available to all members. This is available across Club Level the General Admission areas and all tickets purchased from 11am Monday September 16, will be sent as Print at Home e-tickets. Any purchases prior to this timeframe will be activated via your digital pass.
Please note both Silver and Red members will now be able to purchase or post their seats on the ticket exchange in the Upper or Lower Tier for this fixture.
Arsenal season ticket holders can transfer their tickets to friends and family once the Silver ballot has been run, unless stated otherwise.
Both Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services will close three hours before kick-off, unless stated otherwise, and recipients of tickets via the Ticket Transfer service must accept the ticket transfer before the deadline.

Digital Tickets
Any tickets purchased from 11am Monday September 16, will be sent as Print at Home e-tickets. Any purchases prior to this timeframe will be activated via your digital pass.
Once the digital pass has been added to an Apple or Android wallet, any purchased tickets will automatically show on the digital pass approximately one week before the relevant fixture - more information.
Any new members who purchase their membership close to a fixture will be sent their tickets via an email attachment, in case their digital pass is not available in the app.
Any tickets accepted via the Ticket Transfer service will be sent via email.

Under-14s
Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied and seated within reaching distance to an adult aged 18 or over when attending fixtures at Emirates Stadium.
Any bookings which do not meet our safeguarding regulations will result in the ticket being cancelled and a full refund issued.
