Everything you need to know about Ticket Access in Season 2025/26

Member ticket access

For Season 2025/26, tickets made available to Members for Premier League, FA Cup and European matches will be sold via a ballot process.
As in previous seasons, Members will be able to purchase tickets for any Carabao Cup home matches in an exclusive Member sales window.

We’re pleased to confirm that more match-by-match tickets will be available in the Silver and Red member ballots for UEFA league phase fixtures, subject to qualification.

This is due to the introduction of a 19-match (Premier League only) season ticket from next season, reducing the number of seats taken up by season ticket holders.

Ballot timings and dates

Silver Member ticket ballots for home fixtures will be held approximately 6-8 weeks prior to each fixture. Please note, timings may be condensed around cup games and matches at the start of the season.
Ballot opening and closing dates will be advertised on arsenal.com throughout the season. Once dates are confirmed you will be able to sync these dates to your calendar to keep up to date with when registration opens and closes. Please check regularly for updates to ensure you can get your entry in for your chosen matches before the window closes.

How to purchase tickets

Members can register for ticket ballots, purchase match tickets for selected matches and check ticket availability on Ticket Exchange via their Online Box Office Account
Members wishing to attend with their friends and family will be able to register to be balloted together, as a group.
Where the number of ballot registrations for a match does not exceed the number of available tickets, all Silver Members who have entered will be successful.

The benefit of being a Silver Member means the probability of securing a ticket via ballot is greater than Red Members owing to the limited number of Silver Members.
Silver Members are permitted to enter in the Red ballot, subject to certain conditions. This is to assist families and friends who have memberships across both tiers to be able to apply together providing the following:
1) Silver, Cannon Silver and Silver Senior Members are permitted to enter the Red ballot if in a group where there is at least one Red member (can be Red, Red Senior or Cannon Red). If this criterion is not met, the application will be removed from the Red ballot.
2) If a Silver, Cannon Silver or Silver Senior Member has already entered the Silver or Silver Family enclosure ballot and applies in the Red ballot, this member along with the whole application will be removed from the Red ballot, this is regardless of if the Silver member was successful or unsuccessful in either the Silver or Silver family enclosure ballot.

Match-by-match seat utilisation

From the 2025/26 season, we are introducing a seat utilisation policy for match-by-match ticket holders.

This means members will be blocked from entering the ballot for the remainder of the season if they do not utilise their seat (either attend the match or put their ticket on Ticket Exchange) on more than one occasion.

If match-by-match members post their ticket on Ticket Exchange on the day of the match, they will only receive their seat utilisation credit if the ticket sells. If they post their ticket on Ticket Exchange before midnight on the day before the match, they will receive their credit regardless of whether it sells.

This rule, along with seat utilisation requirements, are not applicable to disability access members.

Ticket Exchange

Once a fixture sells out, Silver Members are able to  buy and sell their match ticket on the club’s Ticket Exchange, offering additional flexibility if they’re unable to attend a game. Access to purchasing on the Ticket Exchange will initially be limited to members who were unsuccessful in the ballot. The Exchange may open to other members ahead of the game; this will be communicated on a match-by-match basis via the relevant ticket information page. Silver Members have exclusive access to the Ticket Exchange following the Silver and Red ballots being run – this is typically c.1 week but can vary depending on the fixture.

Concession pricing for younger supporters

Junior concessions will be available across all General Admission areas of the stadium meaning there will no longer be separate Family Enclosure or Red Adult and Junior Gunners ballots. An allocation of 2,000 match-by-match tickets will be available for Junior Gunners to access at a 50% discount and Junior Gunners can therefore choose to enter either the Silver or Red ballot (with an accompanying adult Member if aged under 14) to access these tickets. More details will be sent to members before the first game of the season goes on sale.

Young Adult and Cannon Members will continue to be able to access an allocation of 1,000 discounted tickets per game, with Members receiving a 25% and 50% discount respectively.

Disability Access Members

Members with disability access requirements will have access to priority ticket ballot windows which take place approximately 6 to 8 weeks before a game, providing an opportunity to plan their visit in advance.
