As the Premier League 2 season has gone on, our under-23s have gone from strength to strength.
With 19 games played, we sit fourth in the table as a talented group have shown their quality and their consistency.
Captain Ben Sheaf has been converted from a central midfielder to centre back, and it's a challenge he has relished.
"Last season I played centre midfield and a little bit at right back," Sheaf told Arsenal.com.
"I played a little bit here, there and everywhere really. But this season I've played centre back every game and I've really enjoyed it.
"I'm enjoying the responsibility as captain and I just hope that continues for the rest of the season.
"Coming into [the 3-3 draw against Manchester City] we knew they were a top side, second in the league obviously and it was a tough game. But the boys dug really deep, showed a good attitude and managed to nick the goal at the end at get a draw. So it's not a bad result.
"The two first goals could have been stopped but we knew we'd create chances. We had a lot of chances first half and the coach said just keep at it.
"We had to push it a bit towards the end and we managed to nick a goal and it's a good result."
