Arsenal Diary: What’s in store this week

After back-to-back away games at Preston North End and Newcastle United, Mikel Arteta’s squad are off to Inter Milan and Chelsea this week.

Our women’s team are also set for an Emirates Stadium return, while two of our academy sides are in action as well.

TUESDAY

6pm - Mikel Arteta press conference

Mikel Arteta will be back in front of the media at the San Siro to look ahead to Wednesday’s Champions League tie against Inter Milan.

WEDNESDAY

1.30pm - Inter Milan v Arsenal U19s

U19 Atalanta

Our under-19s take on Inter’s youngsters in the UEFA Youth League at the Konami Youth Development Centre on Wednesday afternoon.

Max Porter’s young Gunners are looking for their second win of the competition, having so far lost to Atalanta and Shakhtar Donetsk and beaten Paris Saint-Germain.

8pm - Inter Milan v Arsenal

A meeting between two unbeaten sides in the Champions League this season, like Inter Milan we have won two and drawn one of our three matches so far.

Wednesday’s game will be shown live on TNT Sports for supporters in the UK, while we will also be providing audio commentary coverage on Arsenal.com and the official app.

THURSDAY

Interim head coach Renee Slegers will return to Sobha Realty Training Centre for her pre-Brighton press conference on Thursday.

She’ll look ahead to Friday’s Barclays Women’s Super League game at Emirates Stadium and share the latest team news.

WSL football returns to Emirates Stadium with the visit of Brighton & Hove Albion Women on Friday night.

Tickets remain available, and the game will be shown live on the WSL YouTube channel for supporters who are unable to attend.

SATURDAY

12pm - Reading v Arsenal U18s

Adam Birchall’s under-18s travel to Bearwood Park Training Facility to take on Reading in the U18 Premier League South this weekend.

SUNDAY

4.30pm - Chelsea v Arsenal
