Arsenal Access Wristbands

Yellow wristbands with Arsenal Access written on them on pitch

The club has introduced the Arsenal Access Wristband to help supporters with access requirements, such as mobility issues or non-visible disabilities, receive additional assistance from staff at Emirates Stadium on a matchday. These wristbands are complimentary.

Please note, the Arsenal Access wristband is NOT compulsory for disabled fans who will continue to be assisted across the Stadium.

What are non-visible disabilities?

Non-visible disabilities are where someone doesn’t have physical signs, including learning difficulties and mental health, as well as mobility, speech, visual or hearing impairments and many others.

What are the benefits of having an Arsenal Access Wristband?

Wearing an Arsenal Access Wristband on a matchday will allow staff to recognise that the wearer may require additional assistance, without them being challenged and having to share their specific disabilities, or requirements in an open space.

The Arsenal Access Wristband enables you to:

- Access to accessible toilets

- To priority lift access

- To further assistance should you wish to purchase refreshments

- Access through our accessible entrance points at the turnstiles

- The ability to bring a larger bag if you need to carry medication or equipment. A medical exemption form will be issued.

Any supporter with an access requirement such as mobility issue or non-visible disability can request a wristband – however, please note that possessing a wristband doesn’t automatically qualify you for a disability access membership.

If you would like to request a wristband, please complete the Access Wristband Request Form. The Disability Liaison Team will then assist you with your request. Access wristbands are also available at the Disabled Supporters Lounge in the Museum on matchdays.
