Over the last few months, the official Arsenal app has been adding lots of new features and tweaks to help you keep up to date with all the latest news and match action.
And if you haven’t updated your app recently, or not downloaded it before, then now is the perfect time to do so ahead of a huge final few months of the season!
As well as arming you with all the latest news, match previews, highlights and interviews, there have been some exciting new tweaks made to help improve your experience.
Here are five new things you can now do on the Arsenal app:
Follow every kick
We have improved how we cover our women's games, with push notifications keeping you up to date with all the goals and key events, plus enhanced live text commentary. In the notifications section of the app, you can also turn on or off updates for our various teams, meaning you’ll only receive the content that interests you.
Get emotional
You can now offer feedback on our articles and videos by sharing your reactions to them. Simply tap the React button at the top of the article and select the emoji that best describes how the news makes you feel, and see how you compare to other Gooners also using the app!
Homescreen headlines
To keep you in the loop with everything going on and off the pitch, you can now add Arsenal widgets to your homescreen. These refresh automatically to allow you to get the latest news from the app and monitor live games. Once you have the app, simply hold down your device's homescreen and select the + in the top left corner if you’re on an iOS device, or select ‘Widgets’ if you’re on Android. Then search ‘Arsenal’ to add our offerings.
Find everything easily
Ever wanted to dig into tens of thousands of pieces of archive content, rewatch your favourite goals or find that video you enjoyed watching last week? Our improved search offering allows you to quickly source whatever you want - just click on the search icon at the top of the page, type in a keyword or two and start discovering.
Make a date
You can now easily add fixtures for our men’s, women’s and academy teams to your personal calendar - just head to the matches tab and press the Sync button. These will automatically update whenever a fixture is changed, meaning you’ll never accidentally miss another Gunners game again!
