Arsenal Ladies Reserves returned to winning ways with a 4-0 win over West Ham.
The Gunners took the lead after 15 minutes through Rachel Pitman. West Ham had limited chances and Arsenal should have at least doubled the score by half time.
Second-half goals from Alex Hindwood, Kelly Blanchflower and Kirsty Gladwyn eventually saw Arsenal run out 4-0 winners.
