Andrew McCowie’s Arsenal career lasted 17 months.
After joining from Liverpool in 1899, McCowie made 28 league appearances as a Gunner, scoring seven goals.
His final appearance came against Burton Swifts on September 15, 1900 and he joined Middlesbrough soon after.
McCowie’s stay at Middlesbrough was relatively brief and he went on to represent Chesterfield during the 1901/02 season.
