These resources contain activities that are suitable for children in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (aged 11-16).

Physical activity (age 16+)

Here you can get tips and ideas on ways you can keep your body and mind active. Please be aware that these exercises can be adapted to suit your individual needs and fitness levels.
