Flying Swedish forward Rosa became our third signing of the summer when she joined the club in August 2024.
The youngster, who has forged a reputation as one of the most exciting young talents in Europe, began her career at hometown club AIK, where she made her senior debut in 2019 at the age of 15. She made 46 appearances, scoring 19 goals and helped the club win the Elitettan, Swedish football’s second tier, in 2020.
Rosa signed for BK Hacken in January 2022 and went on to make 61 appearances and score 28 goals during her time at the club. She was Hacken’s top scorer in the
2023/24 season, scoring 15 goals including four in a thrilling UEFA Champions League run during which Hacken beat Real Madrid twice on the way to the quarter-finals.
The versatile forward, who excels both out wide and in the No. 10 role, has become known for her pace, eye for a pass and relentless workrate, as well as her quick feet and ability to link play up front.
At international level, Rosa worked her way up the age groups before making her senior debut against Italy in the Nations League in October 2023. She scored her first goal for Sweden in the Nations League the following February.
