Player of the month

🗳 Vote now for your April Player of the Month

It's time to have your say on our Player of the Month!

After a poor start to the month, we finished April strongly, picking up back-to-back Premier League wins against Chelsea and Manchester United.

During the strong resurgence from the team as a whole, there have been some notable individual displays.

First up is Mohamed Elneny, who returned to our starting XI for the first time since December in our 4-2 win against Chelsea.

Our Egyptian put in a dominant display in midfield at Stamford Bridge, before replicating his outstanding individual performance in our 3-1 victory over Manchester United at Emirates Stadium.

Next up is Granit Xhaka, who has shown his versatility this month, having started our home defeat against Brighton in a left-back berth.

Back in his more familiar central midfield position, the Swiss finished off the month with two standout performances against Chelsea and Manchester United, scoring a long-range rocket in the latter to make sure of all three points.

Bukayo Saka has also had an impressive month, playing the full 90 minutes in all but one of our five matches in April.

Our England international showed nerves of steel in the wins over Chelsea and Manchester United, scoring consecutive penalties and helping us to pick up six points from our last two matches.

And finally, Eddie Nketiah is a strong contender to win the vote, having featured in all five of our matches in April.

Our young forward scored his first Premier League goals of the season in the win over Chelsea, firing home a brace on our way to collecting all three points, before leading the line with real authority against Manchester United

The vote has now closed.
