Ten of our players were in action over the weekend for their respective loan clubs.

Read on to find out how they performed:

Dinos Mavropanos scored for Stuttgart on Saturday as they beat  Hoffenheim 3-1 at home. Our young defender won the ball back inside the Hoffenheim half before driving at goal and picking out the bottom corner.

Marc Oliver Kempf and Roberto Massimo also notched for the home side before Jacob Bruun Larsen came off the bench to score a late consolation for the visitors.

Daniel Ballard played the full game and kept a clean sheet as Milwall beat Barnsley 1-0 at Oakwell. Murray Wallace scored an 89th-minute header to win it at the death for the Lions. The result extends Millwall's unbeaten run to seven games in the Championship, leaving them 11th in the table.

Hector Bellerin suffered his first defeat for Real Betis on Sunday as they were beaten 2-0 by Villarreal at the Estadio de la Ceramica. Goals in either half from Arnaut Danjuma settled this one.

William Saliba played the full 90 minutes as Marseille lost 2-0 to Lille in Ligue 1. Jonathan David scored a smart brace to leave Saliba's side without a win since a 2-0 victory over Rennes in late September.

Matteo Guendouzi also featured for Marseille. Our French midfielder played the full match, making his 10th appearance of the season.

Lucas Torreira played 26 minutes for Fiorentina in their 2-1 defeat against Napoli this weekend. Our Uruguayan midfielder replaced Erick Pulgar late on but was unable to salvage a point for his side.

Jonathan Dinzeyi played the full match but couldn't prevent Carlisle from losing 2-0 at home to Forest Green Rovers on Saturday. Jamille Matt and Nicky Cadden both scored before the break to seal the win.

Over in Scotland, Harry Clarke played the full match as Ross County lost 1-0 against Dundee United at Tannadice Park. Ilmari Niskanen's first-half strike was enough to earn the home side all three points.

Dejan Iliev played the full match as Sered beat Senica 2-1 at home in Trnava. The win leaves Sered ninth in the table after 10 games.

Matt Smith played 23 minutes for Doncaster in their 2-1 win over MK Dons on Sunday. Despite the surprise result, Doncaster remain rooted to the bottom of League One after picking up seven points from their opening 11 games this season.
