Audio Description Match Commentary Service

The Disability Liaison Team provides a free Audio Description Commentary Service at every home game at Emirates Stadium for Blind and Partially Sighted supporters (including away supporters).

If you require Audio Descriptive Commentary, please notify the Disability Liaison Team (DLT) by emailing fanservices@arsenal.co.uk or by calling 0207 619 5000 (Option 2), providing them with your name and seat details. The team will then ensure a receiver and headset is brought to your seat around 30 minutes before kick-off.

Should the equipment fail during the match then again please ask a nearby steward to call the Disability Liaison Team and the equipment will be replaced.

If you are an away supporter, please notify your club who will advise the Arsenal Disability Liaison Team. Providing we receive this information before the match, we can then arrange for the equipment to be given to you in your seat before kick-off.

The equipment will be collected from you after full-time or, you can hand it to steward as you leave.

If you get to your seat after the game has started, please ask a steward to call the Disability Liaison Team and we will get the equipment to you as soon as possible.

Guide/Assistance Dog Toilet Facility

Guide/ Assistance Dogs are more than welcome at Emirates Stadium. If you would like to bring your guide/ assistance dog, please inform the Disability Liaison Team before attending to ensure we provide you with the most suitable seats.

We have a Guide/Assistance Dog Toilet facility. The facility is located outside the stadium, opposite turnstile F. It is accessed via a gate which is fitted with a RADAR lock. If you don’t have a RADAR key with you then please contact a steward as all match day Supervising Stewards have RADAR keys.

Tactile Guidance Pathways Around Emirates Stadium

There are Tactile Guidance Pathways that enable Blind and Partially Sighted supporters & visitors to navigate their way around the podium area which surrounds the stadium.

The two pathways begin on the Ken Friar and Danny Fiszmann bridges on the north and east side of Emirates Stadium, and help guide Blind and Partially Sighted supporters & visitors around the podium area to Hornsey Road at the southern point of the stadium.
