Talented young striker Michelle returns this season after a fruitful campaign in which she experienced regular WSL football on loan with Brighton & Hove Albion and made a big impression on the international stage with England. The Academy graduate, who signed her first professional deal in May 2024, scored five goals in 22 appearances on the south coast, but more than that her technical ability, speed and workrate shone through enough for her to win Brighton’s Young Player of the Year award.

Then in April 2025, as a late replacement for the injured Alessia Russo, she scored a stunning volley 41 seconds into her Lionesses debut against Belgium. Before that she spent 2023/24 on loan at Championship side Watford, having made her Arsenal debut in November 2022 aged 16 and scored her first senior goal two months later. She also helped fire the Under-21s to the Academy League title, scoring 19 goals in 11 appearances.

She starred for England at the 2024 at the Under-19 Euros, where she scored a hat-trick in a record 10-0 win over Lithuania and helped the young Lionesses to the final, before joining the senior squad at Euro 2025 and making her tournament debut in the 2-1 defeat to France.
