My Arsenal Rewards

My Arsenal Rewards is our exciting new rewards programme that helps our members get closer to the club they love.

Through My Arsenal Rewards, our members can turn their everyday interactions with the club into Arsenal related rewards, prizes and money can’t buy experiences. 

 

My Arsenal Rewards is available exclusively to members – but it’s much more than just a membership programme.

Earning My Arsenal Rewards points

Members will be able to earn My Arsenal Rewards points for their interactions with the club, such as: 

• Purchasing tickets
• Attending matches
• Shopping at Arsenal Direct and Arsenal Retail with your My Arsenal Rewards membership card 
• Engaging with and using the My Arsenal Rewards hub

Season Ticket holders can also earn points by making sure their seat is used, even if they can’t attend the match.

Your rewards, prizes and money can’t buy experiences

My Arsenal Rewards points can be redeemed for exclusive Arsenal related rewards, prizes and money can’t buy experiences, such as*:

• A chance to play on the pitch at Emirates Stadium

• A tour of our London Colney Training Centre
• A matchday experience in the new My Arsenal Rewards hospitality box
• Read out team line-ups to the crowd at Emirates Stadium 
• Watch the teams arrive from inside the players’ entrance 
• Present the Player of the Month award on the pitch pre-match 
• Attend Mikel Arteta’s post-match press conference 
• Signed merchandise including shirts and balls 
• Home and Away match tickets

Accelerating your points earning

Ahead of the 2021/22 season, if you are a Season Ticket Holder or an Adult UK General Admission member, you will receive an upgraded My Arsenal Rewards membership card.

Your My Arsenal Rewards membership card will work as an electronic matchday ticket, a rewards card and, if you are a UK based adult member, a payment card powered by Pingit for Clubs from Barclays.

Once the payment part is activated, the card can be used for all online and offline club purchases at Emirates Stadium, all club stores and anywhere that accepts Visa as a payment method**

**You can pay for goods and services with your My Arsenal Rewards membership card wherever you see the Visa sign, online and in-store. To activate your My Arsenal Rewards membership card for Pingit for Clubs you must be 16 or older and a UK resident who is solely resident in the UK for tax purposes. A UK personal current account is required to register for Pingit for Clubs. If you choose not to activate your My Arsenal Rewards membership card for payment, your card will still provide access to Emirates Stadium. T&Cs apply.
