Our hard-fought win over Watford on Sunday afternoon extended our unbeaten run in all competitions to ten games, going into the November international break.
The team had to overcome a few setback on the way to another precious three points - lifting us to fifth place - and the boss was delighted with the commitment the side showed to see out the narrow win.
"I am, because I think we’re showing a lot of commitment in every defensive action that we do as well as organisation," the manager told Arsenal Media after the game.
"Obviously you need to defend well, but again in the Premier League, any action can cause you a problem, any set piece, they are a dangerous team and thankfully we kept a clean sheet and got the three points
He added: "Winning before the international break is always great, it keeps the momentum going, the atmosphere good with the players that have to be here, good vibes.
"And for the players who have to go on internationals, we have to try and plan things and know what we have to do there."
