Wednesday's Continental Tyres Cup quarter-final against Reading could be an historic evening for two of our players.
Kim Little and Jordan Nobbs are both just one appearance shy of 200 for the club, and would become only the eighth and ninth players to hit the milestone for us since 1999.
And Joe Montemurro says our duo perfectly embody the Arsenal values on and off the pitch.
"You probably see it on the park but I see it off the park," he said. "I see the way they set the standards high, keep the standards high, keep the values high and that is the most important thing to me.
"Their character is what Arsenal is all about, that ability to be selfless, to be part of a group that wants to work for each other. They just keep the standards high and what I love about them is that they come here with a smile on their face and just want to represent the club in the best way possible."
