Supporter Focus Groups Code of Conduct

By attending the supporter focus group (the “Focus Group”) at Emirates Stadium (the “Stadium”), you hereby agree to agree to follow this code at all times. This code is designed to help create a safe and enjoyable environment at the Focus Group and to protect you and your fellow supporters.  If you do not comply with this code, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the Focus Group. 
 

When attending the Focus Group, you  MUST: 

• Arrive in good time to go through all the necessary entry procedures and briefings. 

• Follow any instructions or requests given to you by our club staff.  

• Be respectful to the other participants and our club staff in attendance. Different views are fine, but respect and common decency are required at all times. We do not tolerate behaviour that could be considered to be discriminatory, offensive, aggressive or intimidating.  

• Not use a mobile phone or other personal recoding equipment to record any of the Focus Group sessions. Please respect other participants’ right to privacy and you MUST NOT use or disclose any information shared during the sessions. 

• Only enter the areas of the Stadium that you are given access to by club staff. All the terms and conditions of  the  Stadium’s  Ground Regulations (available at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-terms-conditions-other) will apply and must be complied with. 
   

Please be aware that: 

1. The Focus Group session may be recorded by the club. The recordings will be used the club for internal purposes only.  

2. The club is not obliged to use any of the ideas that are discussed in the Focus Group. Participants will not be entitled to any form of credit or sums whatsoever for their contributions, even if some or all of the ideas discussed are later used by the club for commercial or other purposes.
