We're making changes to how our supporters log in to all our online platforms to make their experience more streamlined and secure.
From Wednesday, November 6, supporters will only need a single email address and password to log in to all our platforms, including arsenal.com, the Arsenal app, Arsenal Direct and Online Box Office accounts.
The single sign-on process will be introduced across all our sites and applications.
The changes will ensure a simplified and smoother experience for our supporters across all our online platforms.
They also bring added security for all our supporters by modernising our login process, as well as giving us even greater protections against bots and touts accessing our systems and ticketing platforms.
All supporters who have memberships with a valid email address will be contacted directly today outlining the simple steps they need to complete the Single Sign On process.
