Declan Rice has been voted for the October PFA Premier League Fans’ Player of the Month award.

Our summer signing played 90 minutes of our 1-0 win at home to Manchester City early in the month, in which he headed the ball off the line from Joško Gvardiol’s volley.
He then inspired our late comeback in the 2-2 draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge with a long-range finish past Robert Sanchez, striking first time into the bottom left corner.
Then, Declan played 89 minutes of our 5-0 win at home to Sheffield United, getting the assist for Eddie Nketiah’s opener with a low cross into the penalty area.
Making a fantastic impression at the club, Declan won our Player of the Month award in August.
