Arsene Wenger says he has "no problem" with the Football Association over Jack Wilshere's England commitments.
The Arsenal midfielder featured in two friendlies during the international break - playing 71 minutes in the 2-0 defeat to Chile and coming off the bench for the final 26 minutes of the 1-0 loss to Germany.
Reports claimed that Wenger was concerned by the amount of game time given to Wilshere but the Frenchman denies that - and has confirmed that Wilshere is fit to face Southampton on Saturday.
"First of all Jack is not injured, that was not the right information," Wenger told Arsenal Player.
"Secondly, I have no problem with the FA, they respected completely what they told me and it was [for Wilshere] to play in one game and be on the bench in the other.
"They did that very well. So there is no misunderstanding there. Exactly [they did what we agreed]."
