Ladies to reform Academy structure

Arsenal Ladies

Arsenal Ladies’ Elite Education Programme at Oaklands College will conclude in June 2014, with the University of Hertfordshire to continue to provide academic support to the Club’s selected young players in future.

The change will not affect current participants of the EEP, who will continue their progress through the course, but as of February 2013, the programme will no longer be accepting applications.

The restructure leaves the Club better placed to support the academic and football needs of elite young female players, who from 2012 have been graduating from FA Centres of Excellence at the older age of 17 and as such, at a different point in their education.
