Olivier Giroud’s scorpion kick against Crystal Palace left everyone in the stadium in shock - and that includes Alex Iwobi and his team-mates.
The Nigeria international got his second Premier League goal of the season, but admits that his strike was overshadowed by the brilliance of Giroud.

“Oli scored a special goal,” Iwobi said. I have never seen a better goal than that live.
“A lot of people were coming in with their mouths open like this (does a jaw-dropping impression). They couldn’t believe it!
“They were all congratulating him but it was only half-time. At the end of the game we could say well done Oli.
“We have some special players and you do see the odd crazy thing but nothing like that has ever happened in training.”
