The Germany international was in sensational form throughout the month, scoring twice and claiming six assists to poll nearly two thirds of the votes cast
Ozil scored against Manchester United and Bayern Munich, and set up goals in the matches against United, Watford (twice), Everton and Swansea (twice).
Petr Cech finished in second place with Alexis, who scored three times in October, in third.
