Arsenal Football Club continues its support for the Syrian Refugee Crisis across Europe by standing alongside other European football clubs who are taking part in an initiative, 90 Minutes for Hope.
The initiative sees European clubs - largely those participating in UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League games - donating one euro from each ticket sold at their first European home game.
The European Club Association (ECA) called on every club to participate to show unity in helping those caught up in the crisis. The ECA will distribute funds to help with on-field operations across Europe to help the refugees in these critical times.
This donation follows Arsenal's initiative in partnership with Save the Children which took place at the game against Stoke City on September 12, which saw the club donate £1 from every match ticket sold which raised £59,963 for Save the Children's Child Refugee Crisis Appeal.
