Kieran Gibbs spoke to the media after Arsenal's 2-0 win over Everton on Sunday afternoon. Read a transcript of what he had to say below:
on six wins in seven…
It's a good run, we're in good form. The team is adapting well to the amount of games we're playing. We're starting to pick up our form which is important for us at this stage of the season. It was important today to put the midweek defeat behind us. I felt the team responded well and we've got another important game on Wednesday.
on the team being nervous…
I don't think we were nervous. Maybe there was a bit of mental fatigue, we were disappointed with ourselves on Wednesday so it was just a matter of remaining strong and together against a difficult opponent. No match is easy but they pose a lot of threats. Keeping a clean sheet was important and we'll just keep going.
on the table..
We want to just keep going until the end and anything can happen. Right now we're on form so we want to maintain that and see how far we can go.
