Jon Toral played the final 25 minutes of Brentford’s 2-1 loss at Wolves. Nouha Dicko opened the scoring before James Tarkowski turned into his own net to give the hosts a two-goal lead. Danny Batth then scored an own goal to reduce the deficit but Wolves held out for the three points.

Benik Afobe was a 55th-minute substitute in MK Dons’ 3-0 defeat against Walsall. Darren Potter’s own goal put Walsall ahead after four minutes and Tom Bradshaw’s second-half brace condemned the Dons to their first loss in 10 games.
