Young defender George Dobson has signed professional terms with the club.
Dobson, 17, is a regular for Arsenal Under-18s and the under-19 Uefa Youth League side.
The Havering-born youngster also made his debut for the club’s under-21s this term, in a 2-1 defeat by Newcastle in September.
A composed centre back, Dobson can play as a holding midfielder too.
