Gibbs - We can handle the pressure

Kieran Gibbs insists Arsenal can deal with the pressure of being FA Cup favourites on Saturday.

Hull City stand between the Gunners and their first piece of silverware since 2005, when they beat Manchester United on penalties at the Millennium Stadium.

Gibbs thinks the 2013/14 season has been a positive one and says the team deserves to finish it by winning English football's oldest cup competition.

"We want to turn the pressure into a positive attitude and look forward to the game"

"I just feel like the boys have given everything that they've had this season and we want to finish it off strongly," Gibbs said.

"We finished higher than we did last year in terms of points and a trophy would add an extra positive feel to our season.

"If you feel the pressure it gets the best out of you. We've played under pressure throughout the whole season and it certainly got the best out of us then so we're excited for this game.

"We want to turn the pressure into a positive attitude and look forward to the game and [approach] it how we've done in the last few games of the season."
